KotiCharge ensures accurate billing of spot-price electricity cost for company car users by calculating charging costs every hour with the real-time market prices, as available one day ahead on Nordpool.com, providing clarity on energy use and costs. The invoicing and payment process is fully automated and accurate, eliminating the need for any manual action from the user. Our process supports both private companies and leasing car companies (for instance, Drivalia Lease, LeasePlan).
For each charging session, we create a report including spot electricity cost, transmission fee, electricity tax, and service fee. At the end of the month, we automatically send an invoice with a detailed consumption report for electricity expense reimbursement to the user’s company on behalf of the user.

User Payment flow
- User pays for the electricity with their personal card/bank account.
- User pays the KotiCharge service fee in the KotiCharge mobile app with a personal card.
- KotiCharge sends the leasing company a total invoice, including electricity costs, transfer costs, electricity tax and service fee.
- The leasing company pays back the invoice to the user.
