When EV charging started taking off in Finland, a handful of large operators dominated the market — each selling their own proprietary hardware bundled with a long-term contract. Customers were locked in for years. Some housing companies discovered just how bad that lock-in was when an operator went bankrupt and their chargers became useless overnight — no software, no billing, no way forward except to throw the hardware away and start over.

We were founded to push the market in a better direction. The key is the OCPP open protocol standard: any OCPP-compliant charger can be operated by any operator. Switching should be as easy as changing your mobile phone provider — take your hardware, pick a better service, and you're done. When operators have to compete on pricing and features rather than hardware lock-in, end users win.

As a pure software and SaaS company, we don't sell or install chargers.
