Simple pricing, two customer types

The one-time €350 commissioning fee covers remote setup, configuration, and onboarding. KotiCharge connects to your chargers, sets up billing, and tests everything before go-live. For older chargers that require a physical site visit or extra configuration work, any additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate.

The €0.01/kWh usage fee applies if your housing company activates spot-price billing or power charge splitting. It covers the real-time Nord Pool price feed and power charge attribution engine. Housing companies using fixed-price billing without power charge splitting are not charged a usage fee.

The payment processing fee of €1 per invoice per month covers card payment cost by our payment processor Stripe. It is only charged for users who are actively billed.

Yes — in most cases, significantly so. Based on our data, EV drivers using KotiCharge with spot-price billing save €10–20 per month on their electricity bill compared to charging at a flat rate. The monthly management fee for a housing company charger is just €5. So the service typically pays for itself twice over, every month.

Any charger supporting the OCPP 1.6J standard or higher works — including Zaptec, Defa, Garo, Easee, Charge Amps, Alfen, Keba, and go-e. KotiCharge is brand-neutral.
