Connect Elinta to KotiCharge
Follow these detailed instructions to configure your Elinta charger for the KotiCharge network using the elios.cloud management platform.
Log in to elios.cloud
Open any web browser on your device and type in elios.cloud to access the managing platform of your charge point.
Log in with your Elinta credentials.
If you do not have a username/password, contact support@elintacharge.com. If logging in for the first time, you may need to change your credentials.
Navigate to settings
Once logged in, navigate to the "Stations" section of the menu.
In the "Stations" section, select the "Edit" tab to modify the station's configuration.
Configure OCPP settings
In the "Edit" tab, scroll down until you reach the OCPP section.
- OCPP Version: Select "OCPP-J 1.6" from the drop-down menu.
- OCPP URL: (where {SN} is your serial number)
wss://ocpp.koticharge.link:443/{SN}
Finding your Serial Number (SN)
The "Production ID" section displays the serial number of the charge point. However, you should only use the first part of the field, before the space. For example, if the ID is "20-V2-11-03 Rev A", your SN is 20-V2-11-03.
Click on the "Save" button.
Reboot the charge point
Go back to the "Information" tab and select the "Reboot" command to restart your charge point and apply the new settings.
Call KotiCharge for Testing
Call KotiCharge to inform us of your charger's ID so we can activate it in our system and perform a charging test.
Charger setup is only complete once the charging test has been performed successfully. Please do not leave the site before that.
